Andrew founded PromptSure to bring prompt, decisive underwriting back to Canadian brokers. He is also the owner of TerrAssure Underwriting Solutions, a dedicated environmental liability MGA he has built over the past several years.
After seeing growing broker demand for capacity across REIT, Tenant, Captive and Complex Risks lines, Andrew launched PromptSure as a separate platform, purpose-built for those programs, so that TerrAssure could remain a focused, specialty environmental house without dilution.
Earlier in his career he served as Vice-President of the Western Region at Totten Insurance Group and Vice-President & Senior Underwriter at ENCON Group. His background blends deep environmental and complex-risk expertise with a people-first leadership style, anchored by a BA in Environmental Studies that informs a more technical lens on hazard, exposure and remediation.
Andrew was named to Insurance Business Canada's Young Guns list and is a regular voice in the Canadian broker community on contractors pollution, environmental liability and the future of the MGA channel.
