Can the landlord be added as additional insured?
Yes. We can add the landlord as additional insured on the liability section and provide certificate evidence.
Do you handle bilingual claims?
Yes. All policy documents and the claims line are available in English and French.
Who collects premium?
Either we bill the tenant directly or your platform collects and remits. We support both models.
