Broker FAQ
Which insurer principals do you front for?
We front through A-rated Canadian insurers under delegated authority. The specific principal is matched to the captive's lines and risk profile.
Do you support cell and segregated portfolio companies?
Yes. We work with cell facilities in recognized domiciles and align Canadian fronting with the cell's reinsurance program.
What collateral do you require?
Typically a Regulation 17 trust, a clean irrevocable letter of credit, or funds withheld, sized to estimated outstanding plus a buffer.
